This hotel is in the heart of everything - close to train stations, 歌舞妓町 area, and many attractions. The rooms are comfortable with USB charging ports, and the breakfast is amazing, with efficient staff. The bathroom is handy and nice, and there are extra pillows and PJs available for a good night's rest. Plus, the staff are always welcoming and friendly.
Like some other hotels, it might be frustrating to wait for the elevator during peak hours.

The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, perfect for foreign tourists. Staff spoke excellent English and provided extra toiletries and pajamas. Free bags of lotions and toiletries were a nice touch.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, as it was in the heart of the city with easy access to shops, restaurants, and bars. It was convenient for exploring the area on foot and experiencing the vibrant atmosphere of the city. The staff at the hotel were very kind and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our stay. They even helped us with shipping our luggage to our next destination, making our travel experience much easier.
our room was on the smaller side with limited space for luggage and no wardrobe.

The hotel encourages guests to be environmentally friendly and offers a free gift if you return unused amenities. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was great. we had a pleasant stay at Super Hotel.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in multiple ways. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed. Secondly, the rooms were kept very clean with attention to detail, and I was impressed by the comfortable beds and the good view from the window. Lastly, the location of the hotel in a vibrant shopping district, within walking distance to many train stations, was perfect for exploring the city.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was great and there's nothing major that I think could be improved.

We loved the convenient location of this hotel, as it was just a short distance from the subway and within walking distance of the lively Golden Gai district. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast selection was great. We were impressed by the cleanliness of our room and the amenities provided.
